S a t u r d a y , F e b r u a r y 2 8 , 2 0 0 9The movie is called Observe and Report but as I "observed" this trailer I had to "report" that it's like a cross between hell, Still Waiting and Paul Blart: Mall Cop.
By the way this trailer is "REDBAND" otherwise known as unrated.
