Sunny San Diego.

Last weekend, Zac and I spent a few days down in sunny San Diego.

The best city in the country.

While we're normally in town to catch up with Pony, there's also some added fun in store since my brother is a scholar at SDSU and we can crash at his place. Pony's global headquarters also are conveniently located in the heart of the Gaslamp District. Pretty convenient.



We spent all day Friday checking out the upcoming line with a tour courtesy of Captain Colin, and even saw some promo highlights from awhile ago. SEXY.



Before our flight out on Saturday, Colin set us up for a decently fun morning.

My brother and our friend Bill took this one out.






And Zac and I got to give this Maserati a run.






There's really not a more humbling experience than to spend some time around some truly awesome performance machines that are in a whole 'nother stratosphere of reality.

When you consider that 80% of the people that purchase there simply write a single check....I'll just keep dreaming.

Once again the weather was amazing in San Diego.

Checked out Upper Deck for a bit yesterday. HQ is HUGE. Also got to see some unreal game-worn stuff in person that I can't show pics of just yet....like these...

Then this morning we were up bright and early after a hell of a night last night for meetings all day w/ Pony...

Zac killed it on the pics...



And TI hung out recently with the Pony crew and took a pic with his favorite model....

Bout to take off in a few w/ only the semi-asshole A2 slot...close to gettin a free round-trip flight on miles....where to?

Pony x Mikey

Congrats to Mikey. First samples of his shoe w/ Pony just came in. It's part of the four shoe project we started back in May. They're a hi-top, strapped up, smokey-spired shoe called the Special Blend. HOT shoe.

And Mikey's middle name is actually Ozo....so he got that stitched in under the tongue. Ozo - go figure.



Line Art is awesome. Mine (black/purple/carbon) are on the way.
