These guys came together in the latter years of high school when all three dropped out of the school band because their emotional problems weren't being solved by banging large drums and acne. Early on they would mesh their hatred of laughter and love of Blink 182 and become an EMO sensation. While they emit emotional tales that plague the well off suburban youth of today you can't help but wonder what really is the underlying cause of their pain? In the end CIWWAF is able to grasp a hold of any 15 year old girl who just wants to understand and the young boy who isn't so sure about himself, all the while keeping their sense of irony heavily present in the music.

But, this isn't about a band. It's about the Hawthorne Theater. I've seen a few acts come through here in my time. Some of my favorites being Murs and Brother Ali. Murs was just hosting an album release party for the local Old Dominion cat Onry Osborn of Grayskul. So Murs chilled in the crowd while a couple people opened and than preformed a nice little set by himself with a Mac and than continued to host the show and hype everybody up. Brother Ali pretty much just murdered his show and I guess was feeling it so much he stuck around and preformed about 30 minutes longer than any emcee I've ever seen preform. The Hawthorne Theater is located on 39Th and Hawthorne respectively. It's in a great location and often has some solid performers. Definitely worth checking out.
